“Lyana from Mooni Events was the head planner for my 26th birthday at Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor Bar. Having her organise my event made the planning stress free and also significantly improved the party itself. 

Generally, Lyana was always available and responded quickly whenever I reached out. She was highly organised, keeping a clear breakdown of spend. She kept cost in mind, as well as quality, and consciously proposed cheaper options where possible. She liaised with the venue manager and photographer on my behalf, and would routinely update me on what she was up to, without me having to ask. She genuinely cared about the event on what felt like a personal level. For example, she insisted on going in person to purchase the balloons to ensure they were the right fit and also went to see the venue ahead of the party. Furthermore, she had many original ideas which enhanced the party such as a custom drinks menu, a live illustrator and sunglasses for guests. She used her rich network of suppliers and collaborators to make these ideas reality. Lyana’s graphic design skills were a welcome complement to her work, as she was able to herself create a mood board and custom drinks menu. Throughout the party, I was able to focus completely on having fun and socialising with guests as Lyana made sure everything was running smoothly. 

Overall, Lyana was instrumental to my event’s success. Her professionalism and eye for detail meant that no stone went unturned as she tirelessly sought to ensure every aspect of my party was covered. She maintained a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times, making her a joy to work with. I was highly impressed by her work and will be returning for all my future events!”
